However, occasionally even the best quality products can sometimes go wrong . That is why at JA CORP., we offer all our customers a 12 months Warranty against product quality failure.
If your usb modem within its guarantee period we will arrange for replacement to you within 1 week. You can return us with the RMA no. If out of guarantee period, we will offer our repair service to you, charge with very reasonable repair fee.
Delivery Guarantee :
- 1,Orders will be shipped out within 1-3days normally after receipt of payment.
- 2,Delivery may be delayed during Christmas, Chinese new year, and other holidays. We will try our best to ship out as early as possible.
